We are Align Systems, LLC, doing business as Align Rankings ("Align Rankings", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Illinois, United States at 200 Lee Street, Evanston, IL 60202.

We operate the website https://alignrankings.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Align Systems, LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. We reserve the right to make changes to these Legal Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of the Services means you accept those changes.

The Services are intended for users at least 18 years old. Do not use or register if you are under 18.

OUR SERVICES

Align Rankings helps local businesses increase visibility in AI-generated search results such as Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE), ChatGPT, and other platforms.

You may not use the Services in any way that violates applicable law, including laws like HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We own all intellectual property related to the Services, including all source code, text, designs, logos, graphics, and content ("Content") and trademarks ("Marks"). All Content and Marks are provided "as is" for your internal business use only.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services. You may download or print parts of the Content for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit the Services or Content without our written permission.

SUBMISSIONS

If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions to us, you agree we can use them for any purpose, without compensation to you.

USER ACCOUNTS

You may be required to register for an account. You agree to keep your login details confidential and are responsible for all use of your account. We may remove or change your username if we believe it’s inappropriate.

PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

We accept payment via Square, including major credit cards.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for any purchases or subscriptions. Sales tax may apply. Prices may change at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order for any reason, including suspected resellers or fraud.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you sign up for a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled. You authorize recurring billing unless canceled through your account or by contacting us.

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Price changes may occur and will be communicated per applicable law.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):

- Using bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools

- Circumventing security measures

- Submitting misleading, illegal, or abusive content

- Interfering with the operation of the Services

- Violating any intellectual property rights

- Impersonating others or submitting false info

- Using the Services to compete with us

USER CONTRIBUTIONS

If the Services allow user-submitted content ("Contributions"), you agree that:

- You own or have the right to submit such content

- Your content is lawful, non-offensive, and not harmful

- You grant us permission to use, distribute, and display your Contributions in connection with the Services

We are not responsible for Contributions submitted by users.

PRIVACY POLICY

By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy available at https://alignrankings.com/privacy. If you are located outside the U.S., you consent to data transfer and processing in the U.S.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime or that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including violations of these Legal Terms.

You may not create a new account if your current account has been suspended or terminated.

GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any legal disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Align Rankings and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Legal Terms.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Services or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications electronically.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply.
